Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar recruitment role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and colleagues.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Good analytical skills to evaluate recruiting metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and professional networking platforms is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of recruitment specialists effectively.
