The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role within an organization, spearheading the recruitment strategies and overseeing the talent acquisition team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and processes that align with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to monitor talent acquisition effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and foster strong employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Manage external recruiting resources, including staffing agencies and job boards.
  • Facilitate training programs for hiring managers to enhance their interviewing skills.
  • Work closely with HR to improve the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to implement best recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in recruitment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of recruiters.
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions.
