Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and retaining high-quality talent for our organization. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will devise and implement innovative strategies to improve recruitment processes, ensuring that our company hires the best possible talent to meet our dynamic business needs. Your role will be crucial in building a strong employment brand and developing proactive approaches to source active and passive candidates. In addition to leading a team of recruiters, you will collaborate closely with department heads and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on all aspects of recruiting. This position not only demands strong leadership skills but also requires a deep knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and the latest HR technologies.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition team in meeting recruitment goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Oversee job advertisements and manage candidate screening and selection processes.
  • Ensure the recruiting process is properly documented and follows company policies.
  • Use metrics and data analytics to evaluate the recruitment process effectiveness.
  • Provide training for recruitment staff on best practices and new technologies.
  • Develop relationships with external recruiting agencies to fill hard-to-fill positions.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices within the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition management.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Proven experience using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruiting projects and meet hiring objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present recruitment metrics effectively.
