About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the TCF TA team in identifying exceptional talent across sectors for TCF and its portfolio organizations. Youll get hands-on experience in recruitments, research, and execution an ideal role for those looking to explore careers in talent, HR, or the impact sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, mapping, and reaching out to top candidates for open roles
• Conduct market and talent pool research across nonprofit, consulting, and corporate sectors
• Support candidate outreach via LinkedIn, referrals, and internal networks
• Maintain and update the internal hiring database and candidate tracker
• Help in drafting job descriptions and preparing screening material
• Coordinate interview schedules and help in candidate communication and engagement
• Sit in on TA strategy discussions and contribute to team planning

What Were Looking For

• Strong research, communication, and organization skills
• Interest in talent, leadership, or human capital in the impact sector
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in recruitment, research, or HR (even in college societies) is a plus
• Proficiency with LinkedIn and Google Workspace
