Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Student Support Executive. The role involves assisting students with administrative tasks, responding to queries via email or phone in a professional manner, and maintaining accurate student records. The Student Support Executive will liaise with internal teams to address student concerns, provide necessary guidance, and ensure a seamless learning experience for all students.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records and supporting day-to-day tasks
  • Demonstrated Executive Administrative Assistance experience, especially in an educational or academic setting
  • Strong skills in Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with students and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote responsibilities efficiently
  • Proficiency in using online tools, email platforms, and office software
  • Prior experience in student support or educational services is an advantage
