We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a deep understanding of the English language, as well as the ability to convey complex concepts to students in an understandable manner. As a Spoken English Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing lessons, facilitating workshops, and evaluating student performance to ensure they achieve their language learning objectives. You will work with students from various backgrounds and levels, promoting an engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your role will involve adapting your teaching methods to cater to the needs of individual learners, helping them to improve their spoken English skills effectively and confidently.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an English language trainer or similar teaching role.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English with a neutral accent.
• Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and learning strategies.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans for diverse learners.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience using digital teaching tools and platforms is highly desirable.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet different learner needs.
• Certification in language teaching, such as CELTA or TESOL, is a plus.
