A Social Media Executive is a vital member of the marketing team who specializes in leveraging social media platforms to promote a company's products, services, and content. Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms daily.
  • Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and queries in a responsive manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with company objectives.
  • Analyze social media data and generate performance reports on a regular basis.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and learn best strategies.
  • Organize and execute social media competitions and promotional events to increase engagement.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and influencers to develop collaborative content.
  • Manage social media budgets and optimize spending for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Address any issues arising from social media interactions, maintaining brand reputation.
  • Suggest and execute new features or campaigns to drive social media growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or a similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
