Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure projects are on schedule.
• Monitor subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a construction supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively on site.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficient understanding of OSHA and other safety requirements in construction.
