Role Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, or GRC/IRM to develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Role: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / SecOps / GRC)

Experience Required: 3–8 Years of ServiceNow Development Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and integrations
• Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance activities across assigned ServiceNow modules
• Build and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party applications and enterprise tools
• Develop dashboards, reports, notifications, and portal enhancements
• Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization activities
• Collaborate with functional teams, stakeholders, and customers during project delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following modules:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• SecOps
• GRC / IRM
• Good scripting knowledge in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• ITSM  Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and SLA configuration
• ITOM  Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and monitoring tool integrations
• ITAM  HAM/SAM, Asset lifecycle, and inventory management
• SecOps  Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and security tool integrations
• GRC / IRM  Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA preferred
• CAD / CIS certification in relevant module preferred
