Job Description

The Senior HR Manager is a key strategic partner responsible for planning, leading, and developing the human resources strategies to align with the organization’s goals and objectives. This position plays a critical role in driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, culture development, and talent management. The Senior HR Manager will oversee the HR department's day-to-day operational functions and provide guidance and leadership for a variety of HR programs, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and succession planning. As a Senior HR Manager, you will champion the enhancement of a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company, and the competence to implement innovative HR solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the HR strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and develop the HR team while promoting professional growth.
  • Design and manage talent management processes to identify key employees.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to ensure recruitment of qualified individuals.
  • Implement and manage effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires.
  • Develop performance management systems to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Advise management on organizational policy matters and recommend changes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as necessary.
  • Handle employee relations issues and lead investigations as needed.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Collaborate with executives to support HR strategies that enhance business impacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Proven experience in handling complex employee relations and investigations.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and switch priorities effectively.
