The Senior Executive - Operations and Service plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and reliable operation of the organization's service delivery systems. Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members to perform at their best and achieve departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in operations management within a relevant industry.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects successfully.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools to analyze performance.
