Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving business transformation and optimization within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Work alongside IT and development teams to ensure solution feasibility and effectiveness.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies for business solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and produce project status reports for stakeholders.
  • Stay informed of industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in a business analyst or similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are critical for success.
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and data analysis tools highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis, and design techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
