Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis results.
  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements are executed on time.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts to develop their analytical skills and project acumen.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and project management software is preferred.
