The Role
You will be part of our Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation team supporting the successful design and rollout of monitoring initiatives for the India Safe Water programme. The programme is implementing In-Line Chlorination (ILC) technology in partnership with the Government of Indias Jal Jeevan Mission, targeting communities served by Single Village Scheme water systems; ILC delivers safe, chlorinated water at the source and has demonstrated strong potential for cost-effectiveness and scale. The programme is currently operational in Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, with the goal of reaching 17.5 million people across multiple Indian states with safe drinking water.
As the programme portfolio expands, you will contribute to exploring and implementing innovative, technology-enabled ways of operating at scale. The MLE team plays a central role in generating evidence, ensuring data quality, and informing programme decisions; this role requires significant experience in evaluation, quantitative research, impact assessment, development programmes, and applied data analytics.
The Senior Associate - Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation will be based in New Delhi and reports to the Senior Manager - Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation.

Position Location : This role will be based in New Delhi, India.
