Senior Associate - Corporate Law
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Law practice in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.
Responsibilities
- Lead due diligence efforts on complex transactions
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Advise clients on corporate governance matters
- Mentor junior associates
- Manage client relationships and develop business
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 4-6 years of corporate law experience at a reputable law firm
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bar Council registration required
