Job Description

The Sales Representative for Hospital Supplies plays a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge medical equipment and supplies to hospitals and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the medical supplies market.
  • Communicate effectively with the internal team regarding customer needs and feedback.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for hospital staff as needed.
  • Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to network and generate new leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support for post-sale inquiries and issues.
  • Report regularly to management on sales performance and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
