Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to support product development.

  • Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to represent the company positively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare supply sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics tracking.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events.
