As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching and prospecting potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers both in-person and virtually.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to offer customized product or service recommendations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within the set timeline and budget constraints.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring all client data and interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to align strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management based on client feedback and market conditions.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to network and represent the company professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to clients' needs and requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
