Job Description

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our company by promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, establishing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our offerings. A key part of your role will involve identifying new market opportunities and expanding our client base through proactive outreach and engagement. Your ability to confidently present and demonstrate the value of our products will be pivotal in meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products to clients.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and create new sales leads through networking and cold calling.
  • Maintain detailed and precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers to showcase product benefits.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals to the company's advantage.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to promote company products and services.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by addressing complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sales opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a successful track record in meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales technology tools.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
