The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Quality Analyst to raise the bar on every customer conversation our Pre-Sales team has.

This role goes beyond auditing calls. You’ll assess the full customer conversation, identify communication and sales gaps, coach associates and turn quality insights into stronger customer experiences and better sales performance.

You’ll work closely with the Pre-Sales team to build a consistent quality system that helps every associate get better over time.

The Job

• Own call quality across Pre-Sales, auditing conversations across communication, customer experience and sales effectiveness.

• Raise the quality of customer conversations by identifying gaps across language, tone, listening, empathy, probing, objection handling and closing.

• Coach associates to improve through structured 1:1 feedback, group coaching and targeted interventions based on recurring quality gaps.

• Turn audit insights into action by identifying trends, training needs and opportunities to improve scripts, processes and sales capability.

• Build a stronger quality system by improving scorecards, running calibrations, tracking feedback adoption and measuring improvement through re-audits.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2 to 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, ideally across Customer Success, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales or another customer-facing team.

• Know what a great customer conversation sounds like and can quickly spot where communication, discovery, product knowledge or objection handling falls short.

• Communicate exceptionally well yourself, with strong spoken and written English and a sharp ear for tone, clarity, fluency and nuance.

• Are good at giving direct, constructive feedback that people can actually act on, not just pointing out what went wrong.

• Can look beyond individual calls, spot recurring patterns and turn them into coaching, process or training improvements.
