Responsibilities

  • Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of products to customers.

  • Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and handle objections effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling techniques.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure displays are well-stocked and orderly.
  • Generate daily reports on sales activity and customer interactions.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to foster long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales promotions or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to presentation details.
  • Positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset for achieving sales targets.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical setup tasks.
