Job Description

The Sales Operations/Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the sales team to streamline operations, improve processes, and drive productivity. This position involves collaborating with sales team members, managing data, conducting analyses, and ensuring that all sales operations activities are executed accurately and efficiently. An ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Sales Operations/Coordinator acts as a pivotal bridge between the sales team and the managerial units, ensuring that processes run smoothly and objectives are achieved promptly.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize schedules for the sales team to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between sales representatives and management teams.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align on promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding sessions for new sales staff members.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) software regularly.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and document management.
  • Track key performance metrics to provide insights into sales forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales operations or a similar coordination role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Strong organization skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
