Job Description

As a Sales Operations/Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and enhancing sales processes to drive overall business success. In this position, you will collaborate closely with various departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless operations and effective execution of sales strategies. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to streamline operations.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of sales strategies and systems.
  • Manage customer accounts and relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts to support the sales team in client interactions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for sales staff to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Help design and implement process improvements for greater operational efficiency.
  • Support sales team with product knowledge and technical assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or coordination, with a strong track record.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and making informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines consistently.
