Job Description

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in our sales department, serving as the backbone for our sales team. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders by collaborating with the sales team and other departments.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Support the sales team in attaining monthly and annual targets by providing required reports and feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events for client engagement.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when necessary.
  • Act as the communication hub between customers and the sales team to facilitate customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain sales records for various reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, ensuring customer care systems are up-to-date.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Track sales metrics to report on sales figures and develop sales forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the sales team and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
