Job Description

The Sales Coordinator role is pivotal for supporting the sales team to achieve their targets and ensure smooth operations within the sales department. Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular sales reports and present results to sales management.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales staff.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks and project management activities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence for strategic planning.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing systems for sales data and correspondence.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements in sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the same industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in sales tasks and projects.
