Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working collaboratively to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives and the achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team communications to ensure prompt and efficient operations.
  • Prepare and organize sales documents, contracts, and proposals for clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate periodic sales performance reports.
  • Liaise with clients to gather their feedback and address their service inquiries.
  • Support sales representatives by managing schedules and setting up meetings.
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system for accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in sales promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate logistical aspects of sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Facilitate internal communication between the sales department and other teams.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for sales team meetings and reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a sales-related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
