Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

• Provide support for promotional events and initiatives to increase store traffic.
• Consistently apply company policies and procedures for consistent customer interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• A passion for sales and a customer-oriented approach in retail settings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service courses are a plus.
