Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with current sales promotions, policies, and exchanges.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Demonstrate product features and ensure proper product placement on shelves.
  • Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets collectively.
  • Support stock management activities, including restocking shelves and inventory checks.
  • Participate in workshops and training programs to enhance product knowledge.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with both new and returning customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for the Sales Associate role.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.
