Job Description

The role of a Retail Store Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and financial success of a retail store. Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate store staff to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce.
  • Manage store budgets, including payroll and operational costs, to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement store-specific advertising strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  • Solid understanding of retail management best practices and sales principles.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
