The Retail Operations Associate is a pivotal role within our retail team, dedicated to ensuring the seamless functioning of our store operations. The individual in this position will be responsible for supporting daily store activities, driving sales, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience. The Retail Operations Associate will work closely with other team members to maintain stock levels, manage inventory, assist in visual merchandising, and uphold store presentation standards. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain organized and well-stocked product displays on the sales floor.

• Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to the store manager.
• Support the visual merchandising team to enhance store's aesthetic appeal.

• Assist in training new staff members on store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic proficiency in using computers and retail management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for stocking and moving products.
