Job Description

The Regional Sales Executive for our 14D25 division is a critical leadership position within our organization. This role is responsible for driving sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and expanding our market presence within an assigned geographical region. The position requires an individual with exceptional management skills, who can inspire and lead others to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will work closely with senior management and other departments to implement and align regional strategies with the overall business goals of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, superb communication skills, and the ability to analyze and act upon market trends to stay ahead of competitors.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide timely reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance brand presence and product offerings.
  • Formulate action plans to address underperforming areas in sales regions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operational support for the sales team.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to enhance market presence and knowledge.
  • Prepare and manage the regional sales budget to optimize resources and maximise returns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a sales management role, particularly regionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and business development.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to meet business needs.
