Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit with company culture.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and recruitment data.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers and team leaders.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and market trends.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, from application through onboarding.
  • Negotiate job offers and prepare employment contracts for selected candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to anticipate future staffing needs.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills when extending offers and discussing employment terms.
