Job Description

As an adept Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the hiring process, acting as both an advocate for our company and a consultant to our candidates. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for identifying skilled candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and create a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Your contribution will be crucial in building a strong and competent team dedicated to driving the company forward.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing of candidates through various channels and online platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company objectives.
  • Screen, assess, and interview applicants to identify exceptional candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Design and execute effective recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Negotiate job offers and coordinate candidate onboarding processes.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Develop job descriptions and update them based on evolving needs.
  • Work with HR team to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and successes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar HR role for at least two years.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
