Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit with the company.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage the candidate experience to ensure positive engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offer terms with successful candidates, respecting company guidelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring clear communication of employment terms and benefits.
  • Stay current with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in recruiting practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and professional networks.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruiting role in a corporate setting or agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and managers effectively.
  • Adept in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a network of professional relationships.
