A Recruiter plays a crucial role in the hiring process of an organization. As a Recruiter, you are responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to ensure the organization fills its workforce needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications, draft job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize multiple channels to post job listings, search for potential candidates, and conduct initial screenings and interviews. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Draft appealing and accurate job descriptions for various roles.
  • Post job openings on multiple channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate searches using databases and networking channels.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews with candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized database of all potential and past candidates.
  • Provide timely and clear feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers and create onboarding plans for new employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting trends and recruitment technology tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role within human resources.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and manager interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
