Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and request replenishment as required to avoid stockouts.

  • Work collaboratively with various departments to support operational needs.
  • Participate in vendor reviews and supplier audits as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence supplier decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve purchasing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and purchasing software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for vendor interactions.
