Responsibilities

  • Assess vendor performance and provide feedback or initiate corrective actions.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely placement and receipt of purchased items.
  • Resolve any supply issues that may arise with expediency and professionalism.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new products for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all purchasing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and supplier capability.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
