Job Description

As a Public Relations Executive, you will be a vital part of our communication team, playing a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the public image of our brand. You will be tasked with developing and executing strategic public relations campaigns, fostering strong relationships with media outlets, and crafting compelling content that aligns with our company's values and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
  • Coordinate and manage media requests and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Organize and manage press conferences, media briefings, and promotional events.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare summaries and reports for management review.
  • Act as a company spokesperson, delivering clear and consistent messaging externally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align public relations efforts.
  • Manage crisis communication strategies to protect and enhance brand reputation.
  • Utilize social media platforms to amplify public relations campaigns and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analyze public opinion to adjust PR strategies as necessary.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to proactively propose new PR opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in public relations or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain media relationships effectively.
  • Experience in managing crisis situations and demonstrating sound decision-making.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines efficiently.
