Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be the linchpin facilitating communication and cooperation among team members, clients, and stakeholders. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks will be critical to meeting project deadlines and objectives. This position requires multitasking across various projects, each with its own set of requirements and timelines. Your role is crucial in developing and maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and reporting on outcomes, ensuring every project runs smoothly from initiation to completion.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with project stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and compliance purposes.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines to support project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and update team members and stakeholders regularly.
  • Identify, document, and resolve project issues to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Liaise with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to management.
  • Assist in budget management by tracking expenses and forecasting project costs.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, team members, and stakeholders seamlessly.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed within set timelines and to quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in day-to-day activities and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in the identification and management of potential project risks and issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • At least two years of experience in a project coordination role preferred.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
