About the Job

Job Function & Skills

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing software engineering learning products and curriculum, with a strong focus on full-stack development and AI-integrated software applications.

You will work across technologies such as JavaScript, Python, React, Django, REST APIs, PHP, Laravel, databases, and AI development tools. You will also support the integration of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and Microsoft Power Platform technologies into industry-relevant learning pathways.

Job Mission

You will develop future-ready software engineering learning products that combine full-stack development with emerging AI technologies. Your role is to ensure that curriculum, projects, assessments, and learning content reflect current industry practices and equip learners with practical skills for software and AI application development.

Requirements

Job Prerequisite

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
  
• Strong experience in full-stack web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Django, and REST APIs.
  
• Strong programming experience in Python and/or PHP, with experience in Django and/or Laravel.
  
• Experience with relational databases, preferably MySQL.
  
• Experience with Power BI is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of generative AI tools and technologies, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Hugging Face, and prompt engineering.
  
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
  
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, AI model integration, and AI ethics is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and software development methodologies.
  
• Experience developing enterprise applications, capstone projects, or project-based learning programmes is preferred.
  
• Experience in curriculum or content development is an advantage.
  
• Strong communication, curriculum design, and stakeholder management skills.
