About the Job

Job Function & Skills

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing digital business learning products and curriculum, with a focus on digital marketing, generative AI, and emerging digital technologies.

You will develop industry-relevant learning content covering areas such as digital marketing, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, digital analytics, and emerging digital trends. You will also incorporate generative AI applications into digital business and marketing learning pathways.

Job Mission

You will develop practical and industry-relevant digital business learning products that equip learners with current digital marketing and AI skills. You will ensure that curriculum and learning content remain relevant to market needs, industry practices, technological developments, and applicable education frameworks.

Job Prerequisite

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, digital business, education product management, curriculum development, or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics.
  
• Knowledge and practical understanding of generative AI and its applications in digital marketing and business.
  
• Experience in curriculum development, content development, or learning product management is preferred.
  
• Experience developing practical projects, case studies, assessments, or industry-based learning content is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with university education frameworks, Ministry of Education guidelines, private education regulatory requirements, or similar education standards.
  
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new education frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  
• Strong research, content development, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience working with faculty, industry experts, instructional designers, or academic stakeholders is an advantage.
