Pricing Platform Manager

The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.

At the GDC, you will:

• Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
• Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.
• Drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency in core functions.
• Work with digital, automation, and AI-enabled tools to optimise how ERM operates.
• Work in shifts where required, depending on the role. As processes mature and automation increases, reliance on shifts will reduce.

Job Objective

ERM is seeking a highly motivated Senior Power Platform Consultant / Manager to support and enhance our proprietary Value Pricing Platform (VPP), a strategic enterprise solution used globally for project pricing, estimation, approvals, reporting, and commercial decision-making. The platform integrates with key business systems and leverages Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, and enterprise automation capabilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with commercial teams, IT, enterprise architecture, and global stakeholders to maintain, improve, and support the platform while driving automation, reporting, data integrity, and user adoption.

What you’ll bring:

• 5-8+ years of experience in Power Platform development, business applications, data management, analytics, or enterprise solution delivery.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications and enterprise platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets, reporting, and cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and enhance solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Maintain and improve platform functionality, workflows, integrations, and user experience.
• Design and support Model-Driven App customizations, JavaScript Web Resources, business rules, and automation processes.
• Manage and maintain platform data including rates, pricing configurations, framework agreements, and reference datasets.
• Support integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SharePoint, and SQL databases.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Power BI.
• Investigate and resolve platform, data, and user support issues through Service Engine tickets.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across applications and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

• Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation.

• Support application testing, release activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
