We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Pre Sales Associate to turn customer interest into confident decisions and successful conversions.

You’ll be one of the first people travellers speak to at Atlys, understanding what they need, helping them navigate their options, and building trust through clear, thoughtful conversations.

This is a customer-facing role for someone who can combine strong communication with commercial instinct, follow through consistently, and move quickly in a high-volume environment.

The Job

• Engage and qualify potential customers across calls, chats and email by understanding their travel needs and guiding them toward the right Atlys solution.
• Explain our products and visa processes clearly so customers understand their options, feel confident in their decision and know what happens next.
• Drive leads through to conversion through thoughtful follow-ups, objection handling and consistent ownership of the customer journey.
• Learn from customer conversations by identifying recurring questions, pain points and signals that can improve conversion and the overall experience.
• Work closely across teams with Marketing, Fulfilment and Product while keeping lead and interaction data accurate and up to date.

The Ideal Candidate

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

• Have 1+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales, customer success or another customer-facing role.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, and can simplify complex information into easy, human conversations.
• Are persuasive without being pushy, with strong empathy and the ability to understand what a customer actually needs.
• Are proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple conversations and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
• Are comfortable working a 6-day schedule, with Monday to Friday in-office and a rotational WFH shift on either Saturday or Sunday.
