  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Facilitate office events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
