We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure office efficiency.
  • Manage communication channels, including answering calls and responding to emails.
  • Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation required by management as needed.
  • Support senior executives with various administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and equipment for optimal functionality.
  • Oversee the work of lower-level administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and privacy, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Maintain and update office databases, ensuring accuracy and availability of information.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure cross-functional integration and cooperation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office administrative role required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
