Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and general office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative duties.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications as an office administrator or secretary are a plus.
