Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll processing and basic accounting duties when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in handling confidential and sensitive information is preferred.
