Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' needs and provide appropriate information on product applications.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to close beneficial deals for the company.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and market conditions.
  • Organize meetings with community health centers and medical practitioners.
  • Stay continuously updated on product knowledge and industry developments.
  • Manage and update the customer database and client records accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to team discussions and strategies.
  • Attend industry conferences and training to improve skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to the company about clients' needs and competitive trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a medical representative or relevant sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and associated regulatory environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for reporting purposes.
  • A valid driver's license along with reliable transportation for visits.
