Responsibilities

  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media platforms to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads into sales opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation efforts.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation activities and outcomes, and present them to management.
  • Optimize lead generation processes by testing new ideas and implementing best practices.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to execute lead generation campaigns where needed.
  • Manage lead generation budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or a similar marketing role, minimum of two years.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other marketing tools for lead tracking and nurturing.
