Growth Prospects:

Annual CTC- ₹ 7 to 9 LPA (80% Fixed + 20% Variable)

Growth Path:

• GM/Director - 35-50 LPA
• Head - 18-35 LPA
• Manager - 10-18 LPA

Your Mission

Own the execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen TravClan's brand, engage its travel-agent community and contribute to measurable business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ideas into campaigns, content and on-ground execution — not a coordination-only position.

What we are looking for:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, community, email, social and offline channels, with clear objectives and timelines.
• Build and engage TravClan's travel-agent community through relevant communication, campaigns and initiatives that improve participation and retention.
• Create campaign briefs and work hands-on with content/design resources to deliver mailers, social posts, landing-page communication, flyers and other marketing collateral.Partner with Sales, Product and Operations teams to understand business priorities and convert them into focused marketing initiatives.
• Use email/CRM, social publishing and web/campaign analytics tools to track customer response and channel-level performance; convert insights into better campaigns and experiments.Monitor customer trends, competitor communication and relevant market developments to identify actionable content and campaign opportunities.
• Manage multiple initiatives with strong attention to detail, timely follow-through and end-to-end ownership of execution

You Must

• Have 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a startup  environment.
• Have personally executed campaigns across content, digital, community or customer engagement.
• Demonstrate campaigns owned, individual contribution and measurable results.
• Be strong on communication, attention to detail and execution discipline.

You Can

• Launch campaigns end-to-end across relevant channels.
• Use campaign and customer data to improve engagement, acquisition or retention.
• Translate business priorities into focused marketing initiatives.
• Manage multiple initiatives independently and drive them to closure.

You Want to

• Generate ideas and do the detailed execution required to bring them to life.
• Be measured on outcomes rather than activity.
• Learn quickly, stay close to customers and take increasing ownership.

This role is not ideal for someone who is

• Your experience is primarily in coordination, influencer follow-ups or agency management without hands-on campaign ownership.
• You prefer roles where creative ideas matter more than execution discipline, timelines and measurable impact.
• You need narrowly defined tasks and frequent follow-ups to drive work to closure.

The Recruitment Process:

• Task - You have to attempt a Task related to Marketing
• Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
